"I returned to this family-friendly restaurant and had their roast, which came with a drink, fries, nuggets, and corn. I've noticed that they’ve raised prices recently. While the price remained the same, the portion sizes were smaller. The fries were soggy, the corn came in 1cm thick strips, and the nuggets seemed pre-frozen. Even the gravy had changed in both consistency and flavor. The fried potatoes were overly heavy and lacked seasoning, with an excess of potato in the dish. I believe they should rethink their approach."

Red roster is Famous for its bad customer service, true. Staff was giggling and laughing inside while cars are waiting in the drive way and customers are waiting for there take away inside the store. Worst customer service is assured here. No control of management or it is also a part of this bad customer service. It must be impacting owners earning for sure. Never coming back.

Dear Red ****, I had a disappointing experience with the food, as the chicken I ordered did not taste good. However, the staff was very accommodating and kindly replaced it with a burger. Overall, I'd rate the food 1/5, the service 4/5, and the atmosphere 3/5.

Surprising for a chain like RR to use Sichuan pepper to make their spicy chicken, it's pretty decent. Star deduction for getting a potato and gravy serving with my combo that was 100% gravy.

As the last Red Rooster in SA, it great to be able to get some. The staff are friendly but the service is soooo slow. The place doesn't look the cleanest either. The food is nice and tasty.

filthy, could see müll and burger bungalows under benches at least 2 weeks old, the personal looked like you had no idea how to run this place. needs help red hahn company seriously.
