I order Large Chips, larg gravy and 2 PCs honey chicken. My humble review: 1. The chips texture it’s excellent but You all to generous by giving salt. And it’s make my chip so salty. 2. Gravy, sorry to say but taste but similar like powder gravy that we can buy at supermarket. But belive me. Itsssss sooo salty too. So when I eat chips dipping in gravy it’s like eat sea sand. 3. The honey chicken. I think you still didn’t know the technique how to cook chicken who crispy inside but the fatty under the chicken is melting. Yes. My chicken still has a lot of fat. And it’s to sweet. Like I dipping my chicken at jar of honey. Please you have to do innovation to make it better taste.

9:05pm on a Sunday night and the place isn’t suppose to close at 10pm and they are already out of chicken (or are they just lazy and don’t want to cook during the last hour of operations? They have about 7-8 staff on shift standing around idle. A chicken joint that won’t sell any chicken from 9pm???? Wouldn’t recommend buying from these guys as they don’t appear to be able to service customer needs right Upto closing. Food: 1

I ordered a ripa roll combo on my way home and was offered 10 nuggets for an additional $6, which I accepted. After paying, I got home and discovered I only received the chips and nuggets, but no ripa roll. I understand they may employ young people, but this is concerning. Manager is a beautiful man, who always looks after us, goes above and beyond great service. Deals great with young team and looks after the restaurant well. Most staff give excellent service. Thankyou Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Red Salate in Ripa is always fantastic. I will make sure they are looked after more. If it had been taken care of, this wouldn’t have happened. It’s disappointing!
