we were very spontaneous here to celebrate my birthday. it was only a table not reserved (against 19:00 clock. that had already been expected good and we were not disappointed. delicious dishes, beautifully presented. among other things meat from the brain with a strong sauce, in which chocolate was also used (but what was not really tasted out; this reminds me of my visit at the restaurant la table du marché couvert in bergerac (always mentioned in the Michelin guide praised about three weeks ago. there was also ceremonious, but it was tasteless relatiw and there was a “peat” with sauce with a lot of chocolate, which was not at all suitable for eating. This is one of the best restaurants worldwide I have dinned. I have no words to describe the exceptional food, the great menu degustation and the kind service and most of all the warm welcoming of the owner. This is not just another good reataurant, this is an extraordinary experience of fine dining. Prices are also fair for this kind of services. If you visit Bonn you should get there asap.
We were in Redüttchen yesterday and are still thrilled. Beautiful relaxed ambience, very attentive and competent service and a fantastic kitchen. Chapeau. I would like to recommend the 5-course menu with excellent wine tasting. The host does a really good job and the kitchen brigade prepares high quality products at an excellent level. Class incident: private parking.
The kitchen has earned a star without question and at the very moderate dishes. The service is very friendly, ready to beat and reconcile the crown!
