This restaurant is definitely one of the worst places I have ever been to. The food was good, but the service was so terrible that I will not be returning. The waitress was cold, unfriendly, and incompetent. It took her at least 20 minutes to bring me my glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, causing me to miss out on enjoying it with the charcuterie board I had ordered. Strike one. To make matters worse, she served me my filet mignon cold. I have never in my life been served an entree cold before. Strike two. It took her at least 30 minutes to bring out the entree, neglecting my table while attending to others. Forgetting the wine is one thing, but forgetting the entree as well is just unacceptable....
My initial experience at Redwoods impressed me with how efficiently a restaurant can handle a busy crowd. Despite it being a Monday, the place was packed. The service provided by Jade was outstanding - she was very well-versed in the wine list and offered great recommendations from the menu. She was genuinely nice and complimentary. I will definitely return. Great job.
I tried the Taste Menu at this restaurant, which was a 3-course meal priced at $29.50. It was a fantastic value with generous portion sizes, delicious food, and excellent service. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating for both the food and service, as well as the atmosphere. It's a great option for a dinner meal priced between $30-50 per person.
The server was excellent! The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no steps, but the bathrooms are small. The service was outstanding. We had dinner and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the nachos and the glazed salmon.

My mom and I had a lovely experience dining at this restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious Santa Fe salad with grilled shrimp. The service was excellent and quick. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, with beautiful blue accents throughout.
