Slow service and not a great experience. Over all we were seated for 2 hours and 45 minutes. We had a small party of 4 and two were our teens who were not demanding in the least. We had long finished our coffee when our desert finally arrived. Yes it was new years eve but we were there just after 5pm with few other diners in our area. It was not a good experience, the food was not at all worth the time it took and we were not even offered coffee refresh as we were waiting for the deserts. We will not return and are sadly dissapointed in theservice for the price. Not what we were hoping for at all.
my daughter and I went to dinner and found out that we liked the place better before they changed. I think the ambiente was better, the decorations, the service and the eating. our eating was good, but not worth the high price I paid and she must be gluten-free and they had only a few meals, gf, and could not change any other meal. I think before they changed, they have taken up everything we demanded of them, what many restaurants are doing now. anyway, it was good, but we probably won't go any more.

The chef at this restaurant cooks with perfection, creating delicious dishes made from fresh seafood. The dining experience is top-notch and the flavors are fantastic.

I prefer the old menu to the new one. There aren't as many types of seafood as there used to be. I miss having a variety of fish options.
One wouldn't expect to find such good seafood in upstate New York, but Reel Seafood consistently delivers an excellent experience.
We have been at this restaurant in the past and it is always the same quality and service. Nice place. Love it.
