Love this place. Firstly because of the fabulous staff here. They are friendly and welcoming and remember so many names !!The food here is also FABULOUS. I know I be assured I will find healthy nutritious delicious food here. I'm currently loving the changing soups each day served with either gluten free or sourdough bread. Today's it's a tomato and lentil smorgasbord of delight. I also enjoy their wraps. So filling. Smoothies are another favourite. I add turmeric to mine - they don't bling an eye when you ask for changes. How refreshing. Kylie makes the best coffee too. It's a one stop shop. We need more of this calibre on the Gold Coast :))
The restaurant serves delicious food and coffee, but it can be a bit expensive (large coffee costs $6). However, it is much better than the nearby Zarraffa's. There is plenty of seating available, mostly outside in the Easy T centre courtyard. Sometimes they will bring your order to your table, but other times they won't. This seems to be inconsistent regardless of how busy they are. I personally prefer having my order delivered to me as I don't like leaving my belongings unattended and losing my spot. Despite this, the service is always good and friendly.
The Refuel Depot is my once a week lunch treat and I ALWAYS get the Berry Acai Bowl. It is by far the best Acai I have ever had. The coconut and berry compote is delicious. I do ask for Macadamia nuts instead of granola as this is how the Refuel Depot used to serve their Acai bowls, and personally, I love the Macadamia's with this Acai. Also, the Cacao Crunch Truffles that can be found in the fridge in the Refuel Depot are incredible!
The flannerys refuel depot has really good organic hot chocolate which is not super sweet and very yummy. Their service is also very good. They have a huge range of gluten free, dairy free etc options available. Their cold pressed juices are also very yum. It is great to have an organic cafe where you can get great food and drinks and healthy organic options for the kids. My two children get excited to get fruit to eat and a chino.

I am lucky to be able to visit this little gem of a shop often as it's nearby my work location. Not only is the coffee great but the healthy brekkie options and cold pressed juices are divine! Whilst there you can also pick up organic fruit and veg and they also have groceries and ready made lunch options and a small raw cake line. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
Having been introduced to Acai bowls a couple of years ago - I have tried several locations but none have produced any as good as Flannerys at the T Centre. Always so piquant and generously dosed up with coconut, mixed berries and honeyed macadmias!
Great organic coffee. Carly is the best. She is a machine on the coffee machine and keeps the show running smoothly. Some light meals all freshly made to order are also available. Organic produce and pre packed juices are and snacks are great.
I go to refuel Depot at least twice a week.The service is fantastic and very friendly they remember your name .They make the best coffee .I love their iced coconut milk iced coffee with coconut ice cream it's heaven.Food is healthy and tasty.

I definetly recommend visiting Flannerys refuel depot. Their acai bowls are amazing, they have great service and have have variety of options to choose from.
Great healthy produce. Wonderfully helpful & friendly staff. Relaxing vibe. Regularly drive past other cafes for their coffee.
