Reggie's Burgers, Dogs Fries

The sign indicated that it’s not a fast-food establishment, but my experience inside felt quite similar. You place your order at the counter, serve yourself drinks, and clean up your own trash. The only thing that distinguishes this place from typical fast food is the time they take to prepare your meal; they don’t start cooking until you’ve placed your order. I noticed that some patrons were dining while their food was being cooked in the kitchen. It seems like they have more staff than necessary, which might contribute to higher overhead costs and, consequently, elevated prices. I'm conflicted about whether to give this place 3 or 4 stars. Their burgers and seasoning are definitely a highlight—really delicious. The fries are decent, but only if you like standard potato fries. The restaurant's hours are a bit odd and personally frustrating, especially since they close at 3 in the afternoon. One major downside is the credit card fee, which seems excessive; even basic Square reader fees would have been cheaper for my meal. I understand that these fees can add up, but in my opinion, they are just part of running a business. If the fees were unusual, it might be more understandable, but they really aren’t.

First time checking out Reggie's and I'm disappointed it took me so long .. this joint is legit. I had the burger with pepper jack cheese, bacon, fried egg over easy, mustard all the way and fries .. my son had a bacon, cheddar cheese burger and fries... we visited on a Saturday evening, and while they were moderately busy our food was still out to the table within minutes ofordering. Highly recommended and I will definitely be a regular customer here

I ordered fish and shrimp combo. Tasted great, fish was too thin. Like they were trying to stretch it, too last longer. Ordered a burger, husband said it was good. I ordered onion rings, they were awesome. Bill was high?1 combo basket with onion rings, aburger, fries, 2 drinks was $36.00. Wait wasn?t too long. I've visited the new location twice, and both times I ordered the Turkish burger on wheat. The flavor is incredible, and the spices are just right! Saying the food is great would be an understatement! The only drawback is that during lunch and dinner rushes, there aren't enough seats. We definitely plan to return... it’s that good!

The service speed was disappointing. I ordered a salad and a chicken sandwich, but I waited 40 minutes before inquiring about my order, which had never been entered. When I requested a refund, I was charged for my drink. I suppose I did consume it, but what an experience!

We had a fantastic time celebrating a retirement party in the spacious party room! The food and service were outstanding. We hosted around 40 guests, and the setup was just perfect. A big thank you to Paul and the staff for their assistance!
