Relais d' Alsace - Taverne Karlsbrau de Evreux

Excellent dinner here tonight having trawled the streets of Evreux looking for somewhere open. Starters of a dozen snails and a seafood platter to die for; crayfish. Sea snails, oysters, clams etc.....then mains of perfectly prepared steaks, and desserts of cheese and isle flotante. Bottle and a half of good house wine, plus a couple of aperitifs. €75. Around £50. Just incredible. Go!!!

On a Sunday night there are not so any places to eat but this little gem is always open. We were a party of five with diverse tastes so ate right across the varied menu. Meat Fish Shellfish Staerters Mains Desserts all extremely good and well presented. Well served by A very friendly and hard working waitress. Would definitely return.

Very central location with an extensive menu choice. Very popular with the locals and can get busy. The portions were very large and all good value for money. Staff helpful and friendly and despite being a large restaurant the atmosphere was great. Would go back again.

We traipsed around Evreux looking for a place to eat-this appeared to be the only one (Other than Kebab/pizza joints!!) We went and had a great meal Moules Mariniere The service was just a little slow but the food was very good.

Lovely food and staff very pleasant Plenty of room and a good choice of food and wine Would defiantly recommend a visit
