I really enjoyed my lunch here. The quality of food was great and merited the price point. I paid £12.75 for a large latte, a fruit scone with cream and jam and a savoury croissant. It was busy upon arrival but we were seated quickly although you have to order before you could take a seat. Staff were friendly and drinks arrived quickly. The scone was delicious although the fruit scone was mostly blueberries and not currants etc. but it was still great. The cream was light and fluffy with yummy jam. Absolutely stunning food, a little on the pricey side but everything is beautifully seasoned and cooked. Can't get better burgers and chips anywhere else! Only complaint is the upstairs seating is quite chilly. Though it's not something that can be helped in winter with how popular the store is, and how frequently people come in. Highly recommend the dirty fries best ones I've ever had!
Our tour guide recommended this restaurant and it was a great choice. They had a nice variety of vegetarian options. We ended up ordering a sandwich, soup, and chips, and all of them were delicious. They have different prices for takeout and dine-in. The service was fast and exceptional. It can get crowded during the summer or when there are many tour buses in Portree.
Lovely people, very warm and welcoming. Upstairs seating was the perfect environment to enjoy a coffee! Very quick service; we ordered two breakfasts and they promptly arrived and were extremely tasty!! Everybody very welcoming and facilities were clean. 10/10, we will certainly be back! Thankyou!

I tried the pastrami sandwich, sweet potato soup, and brownie at this restaurant. Make sure to request gluten-free bread. Everything was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Overall, it's a great and affordable place for lunch!
Delicious coffee and cake! Order downstairs and then you can sit upstairs in a relaxed manner. Coffee and pastries are a bit on the expensive side, but that is the case throughout Scotland! It's worth it
Nice burger and chips. The salmon bagel was ok . It arrived hot when we asked for it to be cold. This was quickly rectified. It's a busy place so a table is not guaranteed.
