Visited Renzo restaurant with our friends who live in Garmisch. I was really looking forward to eating there due to its reputation and rave reviews. I was left very disappointed!! My friends all orders pizza and I ordered tris de pasta. The pizzas arrived at the table quite quickly given that the restaurant was very busy. My meal didn’t arrive, I was told by the waiter it would take a few more minutes. Twenty minutes later, when all my friends had eaten, my pasta arrived! The pizza chef really needs to communicate with the kitchen chef. It is bad service when food comes out at different times. It truly spoilt the whole meal experience! This is an excellent place The food was fantastic as was the service We spent 4 nights in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and spent 3 of them here. Have visited the area 3 times before and ate traditional Bavarian food which can be heavy as the portions size is large but for a change tried Renzo The pizzas are huge and well priced and the seafood risotto and spaghetti scampi delicious. When you get your bill you are pleasantly surprised 40 euros for 3 including drinks You’d be looking at £60 for the same over here. In all very good but make sure in make a reservation as it’s a busy place

Stopped in just by chance and so happy we did. Our dinner was amazing from the Antipasto salad beef broth w/tortellini soup to our main course of Veal in a Gorgonzola sauce topped of with a delicious Crepes desert. The portions were very generous and the veal melted in your mouth. Price was extremely reasonable for the area.

All thumbs up Very nice ambience. Wonderful food. Try the mussels with white wine sause (if season). Delicious pasta and pizza. Desert variations are also great. Friendly service. We fell very good here is already our 4th visit in one month

One of the best Italian restaurants in Garmisch- Partenkirchen. Delicious food and outstanding service. Highly recommended.
