Republic - Reservar una mesa

Nice pub but not enough staff for public holiday. Food was borderline terrible one burger was raw on the inside and the mash that came with the pricey steak was slop and oil was separating out of it. No idea from staff what gluten free should mean (we’ve had this issue with Republic last time as well we had a nice apology for that but not the other issues.

Food was terrible, not what was on the menu at all. Braised pork belly was not braided and was hard and chewing. Will not be back and not recommend. The service was bad and confused where to order, not a table service. Just a bad eating experience.

Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, fast service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend the fish and chips or the chicken carving. Will definitely visit again.

Not busy and lots of space to find a table. Serving size was great and good wine/beer selection.
