We have lunch with the gourmet passport. My husband ordered snails and they forgot the butter in the shells. followed by a sauerkraut garnished 5 meats, when it arrived there were three lamentable pieces of lard weighed to the ready gram. If there were 100 gr it was a lot. The knacks were missing and the Montbéliard was included in the postcard trim. When the waitress came to get rid of my head noticed that something was wrong. good traditional cuisine with beautiful Alsatian speciality, the service leaves a bit to desire not very professional but there is still potential for improvement possible. For the first time I tasted the torched pie, I ordered the vegetables and honestly it’s one of the top dishes I’ve tasted. The service was perfect and the gentleman who took our orders was charming and very welcoming he offered me a very good beer: I will come back of course. Milles thanks

We ate here in a small group. Food was so good, service tried but very stressed, probably also staff shortage. Everything is a little hectic and uncoordinated. Hand wash soap was empty on the toilet, no paper towels left for drying. In total, a lot would be possible, so still air up.
