In Puy, the whole family is in the oven and in the mill to welcome you. The Françoise turbine in the kitchen while Jean-Pierre mills in the room and manages the sanitary procedures after placing you and it is rather effective. On Sunday, two Terroir or Gascon menus are offered with good local products cooked at home and well presented. The wine menu offers a good selection of local wines. Unsurprisingly, we enjoy this beautiful Gascon menu and a pleasant moment on the shaded terrace. In the end, a good value/price ratio for this formula even if some want more generous portions... First visit to the restaurant and we were greeted by the owner who is a great character and made us very welcome. His wife is the Chef and the food was terrific. Beautiful outdoor tables in a lovely garden setting, children welcome and a great evening. You should book as it has limited capacity but if you are visiting Eauze make sure you give it a try you will not be disappointed.
We spent a Sunday at 1:20. We were lucky thanks to the good reception of the manager to be able to restore us. Beautifully surprised by a good kitchen. Very good report / quality price.... We will return when we make a Gersoise getaway. Power supply: 4 Service: 4 Ambiance: 4
