I booked by phone for 5 people and had a very good feeling. the man told me the different roughness of the house and I booked the 'gourmet restaurant' with table outside to enjoy the magnificent view. tja - we arrived, and the table on the terrace was then the outside at the entrance, practically on the road! no - no - so if we want to sit out with a view, then it went down to a nice terrace but to the restaurant bistro. we were so happy with it. the service was glorifying! finally, half an hour (no sweat) took it to get a drink. then we waited for further operation. it seems that the waitresses were trained to see about the customers! eating was interestingly compiled, but partly oversalted. would otherwise have received a point more.In particular, negatiw noticed: 1) the patio restaurant had several reserved tables outside, which were not occupied all evening. neither was any of the tables offered inside the window that were all unoccupied. 2) the waiting times between the walks were impossible long - 45 minutes between the process and the course are not acceptable.3) the gönnerhaft/declining type of the snowy ober is just as nervous as unnecessary. "Love Lady" is simply an inappropriate address.This establishment is a totally outdated chance.

It was our second time at Restaurant Pfaffenberg and it won't be the last. We were again mind-blown by the quality of the service and by the creativity of the chef. Amazing products, superb presentation, perfect mastering of the textures : a feast for the eyes, the stomach and all senses. The wine pairing is also a must, the sommelier has an impressive knowledge and it is 200% worth following his suggestions. Regularly going to starred restaurants, we feel Pfaffenberg has a higher quality than some of them in the area. We're delighted to have found this place.

we went to four of them. with the most beautiful weather on the magnificent terrace. the terrace with the view is difficult to bite in solingen and surroundings. eating fresh and prepared on the spot. the menu should keep something ready for every taste. the prices calculated extremely fair. more attentive but in no way urgent service. ordinary wine selection.Beautiful that there are such restaurants.

we use so sit outside the Bistro and love the view while enjoying our meals or snacks and drinks. The best time is late afternoon or evening. They do not offer a great choice, so it could happen, that you cannot get what you wanted first. I would recommend every meal; also fresh drinks like lemonade are very good !

Just go ... Regardless of season or weather it's incredible . Either the bistro or upstairs restaurant both excellent . I was recently there for spargel (white asparagus) season and the soup was incredible as was the 250g of spargel with schnitzel ... Sehr Lecker ! You won't be disappointed.

I can't even join my precritician, I was already 4 x in the country house pfaffenberg and the service was always excellent and anyway, I know for example no restaurant in solingen where the food is served by the waiter with fabric gloves
