the service was very friendly and accommodating. the bistro food on the terrace was also good. the spargelsalat and the smoked trout with lenses have tasted especially. main dish zander: the fish was delicious roasted and also the supplements were good (total but a diet plan regarding the amount). carving: very much more panade than meat (the meat was really extra thin, so about 2-3 mm). tastefully good, but for that the price was too high. the price for the 200ml wine was too high. the rosé was below average, the chardonnay was very good. but as I said, the prices are clearly overpriced for the bistro quality.

we went to four of them. with the most beautiful weather on the magnificent terrace. the terrace with the view is difficult to bite in solingen and surroundings. eating fresh and prepared on the spot. the menu should keep something ready for every taste. the prices calculated extremely fair. more attentive but in no way urgent service. ordinary wine selection.Beautiful that there are such restaurants.
The restaurant/Bistro Pfaffenberg is located just outside Solingen. From the terrace you have a magnificent view into the valley that ambience is kept modern. The dishes are excellent and tastefully matched. The service is friendly, individual wishes are taken into account. We have been to Pfaffenberg more often and have only had good experiences so far.

Just go ... Regardless of season or weather - it's incredible . Either the bistro or upstairs restaurant - both excellent . I was recently there for spargel (white asparagus) season and the soup was incredible - as was the 250g of spargel with schnitzel ... Sehr Lecker !You won't be disappointed.
that is worth not only because of the great view. a chic but very cozy bistro with a varied map. the kitchen makes very tasty dishes at the same time neat portion size to fair trips! the service is competent, friendly and very attentive! worth a visit. I haven't been here for the last time.
