A small village, ordinary buildings but both hotel and restaurant are very good. In fact the hotel is much better than it looks from outside. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Well, fine... but the restaurant is a real treasure. For me a proof that French cuisine might be sophisticated but still non pretentious and quite affordable. I was there only twice day after day once with a la carte menu choice and both foie gras and beef were exceptional and on the next day I took menu affaire which gives a good package price for half board and the food was again fine. A hidden gem from someone from abroad like me. A local French place as its best.
"Chez nous" superbe décoration dès la réception, cadre chaleureux et moderne au coeur de la campagne.Nous avons prit un menu gourmet très copieux et délicieux. Le services est efficace et discret, et pour bien terminé cette soirée nous avions réservé la nuit d'hôtel. Une grande chambre propre et très bien décorer beaucoup de bous comme dans le restaurant. Pour le petit déjeuner c'est sucré mais nous pouvions demander autre chose si nous le souhaitions.On a passer un agréable moment "chez nous"
We stayed one night on their family room facing the front garden. It was nice the view, they need a lift though on my point of view having 2 little children and suitcases was hardwork. But we get some help anyway! The meal we had was exceptional. Absolutely one of the best. Well presented, good menu and food was tasty so yummy, great service I could not spot any mistakes from them to be honest. Would love to come back and I'd recommend this place.

sous les platanes de la terrasse ,avec un service discret mais trés efficacenous avons dégusté un excellent repas !la viande est gouteuse .Le vacherin maison est un dessert a ne pas manquer !
We spent a Wednesday evening at this first class restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and, although the restaurant was quiet, we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
