In the middle of the forest, the bath was enchanted. Too bad that the structure as a whole remains in its juice and is not well maintained. Many articles/objects that hang out in the hall and the sauna didn't work... The beds are not double... no system to keep them together. But a TOP for the staff and the restaurant we spent a very good time thanks to them. We'll be back, because it has its charm anyway!
I don't know if they changed their own, but our food was certainly not shown the same as pictures. the aperitifs were tinted olive, then came the amuse beech, dry miniburger, stale toast with a dry sardine, terrible. the appetizers were badly done and. the mainstocher and large, very brasserie level and I can cook what they presented, the deserts were very good, but the rest was very moderate.
From the reception to the start, very pleasant and smiling staff. A young chef who brings out the beautiful plates of his kitchen. Hotel ideally located to visit Puy en Velay. Nice quiet and relaxing environment. Warm welcome and service to the top. Small flat room too small and restaurant a little expensive ....
