The personnel who works here is incredibly RACIST. We kindly asked in French a small question about where one could find a trash can and he literally kicked me and my friend out. They were so mean. Needless to say after that we decided it is better not to eat anything there. Anyways it is only 100 years old rich people who goes here. Edit to respond: How are we uneducated? See even by insulting me like this here without knowing my education level you are showing that you are racist towards foreign people. Einfache aber sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung auf den Creux du Van. Das Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher und etwas schmackhafter sein. In der französischen CH war das Essen bisweilen meist der Schwachpunkt.

We had a lunch at their restaurant after long hike. Eating outside on the grass and wooden tables was great feeling. Food was ok, trout with almonds is for a recomendation. Dessert are quite big portions. Parmiggiana is excelent!

Gemütliches Lokal direkt am Wanderweg entlang der Areuseschlucht (auch mit dem Auto erreichbar). Aufmerksame Bedienung. Ausgezeichnete Forellen aus eigener Zucht. Gepflegte Weine. Lohnenswert.

Nice restaurant. Don't expect any culinary innovations but the trout was really good. Service was nice and friendly. The location is amazing.
