Restaurant de l'Union

Arrived at the restaurant two hours before the beginning of the opera at the Avenches arena. Waited for 35 min for someone to take our order. The starter was an old and very small green salad. Waited another 40 min to get our main course. The pizza was ridiculously bad - soggy, tasteless and with half the normal topping. The wine list was very limited, consisting of heavily overpriced, bad wine. Horrendous service (a complete lack of service more precisely).AVOID AT ALL COST

We are going to 6, 2 times perches nets, good but with a commercial thommy style herbs (I prefer a good home sauce.) 4 times shrimp, too. on the other hand after reading the cards we were outdated. beef meat comes from Australia... it is very desolating for a Swiss restaurant to order meat as far as there are good breeders nearby...For perches nets nothing was indicated but I doubt they are from very close :s c is damage

after opening, super restaurant, but then it went down from month to month.Heighty staff change, today's chef does not bear any criticism, high-naturity, arogant freak.Tartar must be completed by the gast itself, etc.We can unfortunately no longer recommend the restaurant before all that has become much bad compared to the beginning, pity!

First I wasn't sure to see the comments on tripadvisor but I decided to go there and was surprised, the service was excellent, the very nice staff, I and my friends enjoyed it and I would go back.

cold perch fillet, tartare sauce I'm waiting for it tjrs. very disappointing I do not recommend. not much to add
