Restaurant Des Laurons

This is a favorite of friends who love the house cooked meals so that we tried to eat. We have booked for indoors as it is air conditioned during the heat of the summer. Unfortunately, it was unpacked, which had two negative effects on the experience. First, it was exceptionally loud with sounds ringing from the walls, tiled floor and wood table tops. In short, nothing to mix the exalted voices and scraping off the chairs. Secondly, the only waitress was stretched to the capacity, and it was near a quarter of an hour before she recognized our presence with the usual Krug water. The whole time we waited the conversation was a challenge. The food when it finally arrived was indefinite, cooked at home and authentic. Nice enough, but the whole experience was disappointing. Would be willing to give him another attempt, perhaps outside the tourist season, if the main customers are said to be locals and workers on the ZAC. I'm sure I'll be at 12,00.
