This restaurant is located in a small renovated medieval castle, in a village halfway between Lausanne and Yverdon. Golfers can be familiar with him because it is just next to the Vuissens golf course, but otherwise it is a hidden gem. We live nearby so... it's a simple ride, but you should allow about 30 minutes from Lausanne and 20 from Yverdon. We were the only guests on this Sunday night except a family of six. Every so often a restaurant passes and changes your perception of a whole city. Chateau de Vuissens restaurant is one of the restaurants. The menu is very diversified, tasty, full of beautiful surprises and every 1-2 weeks the menu is changed so that you can taste and try all the specialties of the chef! A very good meal. The staff was attentive and offers excellent service. The meal was faultless. We went to eat game that was cooked for perfection and served beautifully. I cannot recommend this place very much, but note that it is also quite expensive
