I never believe in any reviews or bother to write one, but this place really desrves one, perfect food and amazing service, the couple that serve are so sweet and caring, the chef deserves a round of applause, she is so sweet, she came out to make sure everyone was happy, will come back many times

The Roesti de Col de Sud is beyond anyone`s imagination.. It should be given Michelin star rating. Everything here is home made with super quality ingredients. The only restaurant I will eat at Villars. Very friendly and professional service. Great deserts, and ice cream, all home made..

BEST ROSTI IN THE WORLD.. We have been going to AUBERGE DU COLD DE SOUD since they opened it up. Every year gets better. The meals are all fantastic, especially ROSTI DE AUBERGE DU COLD DE SOUD. They should be given a Michelin star. Everything is fresh and cooked with fine herbs, etc.

Unbeatable rosties or the best rosties in the world. Fun trip in train or walking to get there. Nice views. Fresh ingredients. Super salads and dressing. Super friendly ambiance and service. A must try in the region of Villars. Do book its always full
