De passage à Echallens après une sortie sportive, nous avons choisi ce restaurant sans autres informations. L'accueil y est correct. Nous avons pris le tartare à la carte avec suppléments de frites et riz. Pour la boisson un rosé Château d Auvernier (un des meilleur rosé Oeil-de-Perdrix de Suisse) + eau gazeuse + café (digestifs offerts) le tout pour CHF 171.50. Je note "Moyen" car la viande était a température ambiante (il faisait 25 degrés). Les frites trop molles. Pour moi juste la moyenne. Pas de prochaine visite pour ma part.
