we were very excited to eat, finally a biorestaurant in the near environment, but unfortunately the disappointment was very big. Price/performance ratio does not fit at all here. price almost as in the 1 star area, but eating more canteen levels. Some parts were inedible and remained on the dish. that was too cold. Unfortunately, we were asked only one of us if it wasn't okay. positiw is that water is paid via a donation and only carlsruher is given water. also very good was the self-baked brot. the coffee with self-made pralins comes unfortunately without the pralins. we will not come back and cannot recommend the restaurant.
wonderful slow food locally with specialities on the map that are not available at any Italian. So who wants to try something new is right here and is well advised.The prices are no longer as cheap as 2 years ago, but you can eat favorably elsewhere. the wet is a speciality with its quiet explanations to ingredients and type of preparation. the trip to the erasmus becomes a short holiday after italien. who does not like or may not have alcohol, is also served with good alternative (prisecco), a rarety in good restaurants where you usually have to avoid water or apfelschorle.
now, beautiful room, well-processed table, friendliness, possibility of a garden outdoors, they can immediately see that they are located at a high-level location. also eating (the owner is Italian and you can see it already on the menu) is not surprising, it is all very good. the prices are as high as they expected to enter, but I don't like to eat so, in the sense of the treatment of spears with certain crumbs, the combination of very delicate aromas ... scenography in the dresses ... we don't know what we should keep from this restaurant...the one that occurs from maestro medicine excellent knowledge and grande cuisine, the appetizer, Sicilian garnels on cheese mousse, was good but not the grande cuisine....the fish of the main dish dry, the side dish good, dessert very good. the wine offer is lavish with good but also expensive weeping, the service unrivaled and very good. the whole thing was too expensive for that.
we were here at one of the warm days of the last weeks and sat wonderfully on the terrace with adjoining green meadow and old tree. we chose the lunch menu, were advised at the compilation of the meals by the chef. organic, slowfood everything prepared on the spot, wonderful aromas. for the 3 floor lunch menu you pay incl. water and self-baked bread €29,-. that is more than fair. friendly service. recommended!
planned was a small lunch, how big was the surprise about this great overall package.Start from a very friendly and competent service.The lunch table was 29€ (exposed of 4 smaller courses) suppe/ salat, intermediate, pasta or risotto and dessert was wonderful.Very tasteful, beautifully dressed and exceptionally delicious.The wee regional and in organic quality.The cook personally advises on the restaurant.
were today the first time in the erasmus and not the last time. pleasant ambiente, very nice owners, super tasty eating. the appetizers (jakobsmuscheln and matjes) were very tasty, the red beard with mussels and white beans was on the spot. also the tiramisu served to finish was perfect. we are happy to come back!
