Entgegengesetzt der vielen positiven Rückmeldungen erlaube ich mir, mich auch etwas kritisch zum Restaurant zu äussern: Zwar sind die Portionen mehr als gross genug, aber für Personen, die kein Fleisch od. Fisch essen, bietet das Restaurant herzlich wenig und dies zu stolzen Preisen. Die Fleischmenus können schöner/einladender angerichtet sein die Gerichte wirken farblich eher monoton und die Teller überfüllt. Das Personal ist durchschnittlich motiviert. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ok, bei den Offenweinen eher dürftig. Vegetarian options: verbesserungswürdig. Die Küche könnte mit weniger Fett auskommen und mehr Vielfalt zeigen.
Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und räumlich gut aufgeteilt. Die Ambiance ist auch dank der Show-Küche toll. Die Auswahl ist sehr gut. Primär Fleisch vom Grill. Die Qualität ist top. Der Burger kam bei den jüngeren sehr gut an. Filet oder Ribeye sind auf den Punkt wie gewünscht gebraten. Die Beilagen (Kartoffelgratin) vermögen das Niveau nicht zu halten. Ebenso wirkt der Service etwas hektisch und im Vergleich z.B. zum Dieschen nicht so aufmerksam und kompetent. Alles in allem ein toller Abend.

the restaurant fastatsch (member to the hotel valbellainn) is worth a trip alone: great architecture, open kitchen, beautiful terrace overlooking the ski area lenzerheide (rothorn) and wonderful eating. we have only been allowed to enjoy half board in the frame of our hotel holidays, but these alone were already culinary delights that could be safely increased again by the à la carte selection. to go!
Sehr gutes Restaurant mit ansprechendem Ambiente. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
