Restaurant after restaurant, I searched for a good tarte flambée for a long time... in vain! But here, I think I have found THE restaurant that makes THE good tarte flambée. Now no need to search left and right, when I want pie this is the address I will go to. I now have to test the rest of the menu with dishes that appear to be of good quality and generously served. I give 5 stars for the setting, for the atmosphere, for the cuisine, for the service, for the staff and for the quality in general.
First in this restaurant and good surprise the setting is top the terrace in summer must be very pleasant, the service is very smiling and pleasant, we tried various flambées very good tarts and an excellent blue cord, the desserts in suggestions were very good, the black pinot very good. Very good restaurant we will come back
Restaurant always splendid, with a beautiful terrace. I gave three stars to service because we were forgotten between the aperitif, and the coffee. 1 hour waiting to report and learn that our order has passed to the trap. We came to eat about 20 times in two years, but we had to point out this time.

The delicious dishes make forget the rather high rates. Alas, the à la carte desserts are not up to the rest. The service is rather long due to the affluence, but the pleasant setting allows to mitigate this. A friendly address for a sustainable moment of conviviality.
Great night. The best tartes flambées in Alsace. The cream is exquisite. Ask not to overcook to avoid too dark to have all the flavors of their know-how. Top service and attentive management.
