Restaurant Jade

We wanted a night of something different on an extended French holiday. I turned to TA which is usually spot on but, WOW, this was terrible. The worst chinese ( if you can call it that) we have ever encountered. The service was terrible (the young girl was on her phone while our food sat) it was warm not hot. They used so much MSG I had to stop eating from a reaction to it. I have eaten good chinese and some not so good. This was just terrible. Serves me right for trying to get adventurous.Please, do not repeat my mistake heed this warning and go anywhere else.

Lovely surprise in a tiny street of Aix en Provence. 3 words : spicy fried chicken. It's incredible, among other real good dishes. This is real chinese food - not a weird japanese/taiwanese/korean... mix like most of the asian restaurant. People are nice and chill. Prices are correct. Had a good time at Jade.

the local is small and clean, the map can also be viewed in comparison to chinarestaurants in Germany. that doesn't have to be bad. was not good either. the portions are small, the early rolls were fried too long, the eating was not really hot. Tasty ok, the desire to eat only mildly was ignored.

We hoped for a decent Asian meal in this tiny restaurant, but the quality of both cuisine and presentation was equal to that of expensive restaurants in New York and Paris. The service was likewise excellent, and the price very reasonable.

a true Chinese restaurant, with dishes like the Chinese fondue that you don't find anywhere. The waitress is very nice, the price is very affordable. I'm a fan personally!
