La Piazzetta - Reserva de mesa

I fond this place based upon the recommendation of my hotel. It is tucked away in a plaza so you need to look for it to find it. When I first entered I was greeted by a very friendly host who turned out to be one of the owners. Since I was alone I opted to "join them at the bar".The menu has quite a variety of foods available but they do seem to move quite a bit of pizza. I choose to start with a light house salad and sample their Fettuccine Canard (sausage and mushroom). I also asked for a glass of a decent Cab-Franc and they obliged with a very nice offering. I was staying at nearby Best Western and was looking for a decent place for pizza. I looked at a few places on-line but this was the first I found nearby with the menu in English -so I headed there.At first look, I thought I had made a huge mistake. It's located on a strip of shops and from the outside looks pretty down-market. However I went in and found a very tastefully decorated bar and restaurant with a decent amount of quality seating. I was greeted in a friendly way on arrival and was asked Francais ou Anglais which was nice. I did try some French -I think it's rude not to -but English was easier all round. Just returned from dining at piazzeta. We were a group of six and a toddler. It took close to one hour to receive our starters which was soup. By this time the baby started to fuss and people started giving us the 'look'. To be polite we took the baby outside for a bit. After another thirty mins we finally were served our meals.The Italian meatballs were very bland. The people who ordered pizza said that there pizza was good.It seemed as though the locals were served much faster than the tourists.Overall I would not return. For the long serve time and price I can get the same type of meal for far less and much faster at the local Pizza Hut which was great.

I traveled to Quebec City on business and was looking for a place to eat as there was none in the hotel. Wandered into here and was delightfully surprised. The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere casual and the restaraunt tastefully decorated. The food was very good, was quick to come out and courses were nicely paced. The escargot in a Portobello mushroom cap with melted brie was phenomenal. I would happily come back here to eat. Reserva una mesa ahora

It was nearby Delta Hotel, so we walked to the place one snowy night to have a dinner. It took only 5 min to get there and the waiter welcomed us. We took the combo option (additional cost to include appetizer, tea or coffee and dessert) and it was great. The tea was great (unfortunately I cannot find in US) and food were great also. Tiramisu and ice cream were great way to end the dinner. Strongly recommend.

We took a long walk along the river walk and stumbled upon this restaurant on our way back to the hotel. I cannot say enough about this amazing restaurant. They were most accommodating considering my French is weak and were kind enough to speak English. The food was fantastic, the wine and beer recommendations were perfect, and the desserts were heavenly. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area!

We were a group of 9 family members, including 3 young children, meeting for a quiet supper.The restaurant had a nice decor and the food was wonderful. The staff were great and very accommodating with us and the kids. You just cannot go wrong with a restaurant serving authentic buffalo mozzarella and a great panna cotta.

Belle carte, atmosphère agréable. Excellent service et personnel sympathique. Beau choix de vins en importations privées. Plusieurs plats vraiment intéressants.
