This cafe is actually in Crans -près de Celigny.About 5 minutes from Nyon.This is a simple café/restaurant with a small but well chosen menu.Less sophisticated and more genuine than their next door neighbour.Started with a delicious pumpkin soup.Filet de perches are from the lake.Very well made.I tried the steak tartare.I was pleasantly surprised.It was excellent.Well seasoned.Fresh and juicy.Perfect.Actually all the meats were delicious.Good desserts and wine choices.Kudos for the two ladies serving.They were efficient and friendly on a night the cafe was packed.
If you wish to be sure that the "filets de perches" are really from lake Geneva, then this is the place to go. They are absolutely delicious with a nice lemon sauce (you can ask to be served separately,) The "pommes allumettes' that come with then are out of this world. As an entry, La Versoix serves you a nice mixed salad with a fantastic sauce.The wine the Patronne: suggests are local at a very decent price.Be sure you reserve your table to avoid disappointment.The Place is closed on Saturdays and Sundays
The cook is great. excellent perches nets, and guaranteed leman. The bosses have their own nyon fisherman. the price of the pier nets is in the standards especially when they are super. Inside St-Jacques shells on a leek bed, delicious. the wines of the region : bravo. A well-chosen tartegnin rosé, nice but a shame that the terrace fails especially in summer.

beautiful meals, village setting and welcoming team. A dish of the divine day: tail of shrimp with red curry and also fresh parch nets of the lake (leman.) dignify the best restaurants in the region. Be careful not to forget to book.
