Approximately in the middle of the marvelous Alsacian wine route, this is a very good place to stop and have lunch.They have been operating since 1514. We had Alsacian wines (Riesling, Sylvaner and -Tokaji- Pinot Gris), and Alsacian food (Choucroute à l’alsacienne, and a Munster dish). Everything was perfect. For a dessert another Alsacian one, “sorbet citrone arrosè au Marc de Gewurztraminer (an Alsacian sweet wine). It was a delicious Alsacian meal.
I stopped at the town hall to eat a bite before I took the road back, I chose the pint located right in front of the town hall and. I felt compelled to put a review about your carpaccio, finally a true unfrozen carpaccio is very rare today!Many respect for the cooks when I looked at the dishes around me. The servers are a small family (coucou de la part du pretzel a yannick) :merci pour ce petit moment de rigolade j'en garde un bon souvenir.
I strongly recommend this restaurant that offers a wide choice of local dishes such as the flambées pies that are succulent and the potato gratin to the munster. Not to mention the irid coffee...The service is impeccable. The servers are at our ears and very smiling. the restaurant is well placed in the center of the city facing a very flowery town hall. the restaurant has a beautiful terrace and despite the world we were served in a 30 min men a real miracle when it is that there were a hundred people for 3 servers and I thank them. we agree with the Alsatian comments. dishes and sauces visibly frozen, no taste. The tarts are far from being the best in the region. What a shame good restaurants do not miss in this village! friendly welcome, smiling staff. in summary tourist trap, we were the only premises on the terrace.

The torched pie is good, a lot of choice. the dishes look good quality as well. the service is in half-teintegration: servers/ses run in all directions but are not affordable (we feel to disturb them when asked something). Personally, it cooled me.
