Wir kamen an einem Freitagabend vom Autosalon zurück und suchten nach einem Restaurant in der Nähe unseres Hotels. Wir entschieden uns für Le Perdtemps und hatten Glück, einen Tisch ohne Reservierung zu bekommen. Der Ort scheint kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein und erscheint als traditionelle Brasserie. Wir hatten zwei Fleischgerichte, mein Sohn wählte das Pferde Steak mit Pfeffersoße serviert, und ich hatte ein in Scheiben geschnittenes Steak mit Pommes. Beide Gerichte waren sehr gut zubereitet und schmeckten dementsprechend besonders das Pferde Steak war eine angenehme Überraschung für meinen Sohn, der das noch nie zuvor hatte. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und Englisch wurde gut genug...
This place is an ABSOLUTE DUMP. It doesn 't deserve ANY stars whatsoever. The Swiss Hoteliers Association should be ashamed of themselves giving this place a star at all. The website is misleading and deceptive (Switzerland has totally ineffective false advertising and consumer protection laws so there is no remedy there).The place is dirty and noisy. The non smoking room has an ashtray and stinks of cigarette smoke. The so called air conditioning doesn 't cool. The bathroom is a disgrace the floor is so dirty I have to stand on the bathmat all times for fear of catching an intractable disease. The front desk is a snotty and arrogant as the worst Paris hotel. I truly cant think of one redeem...
We enjoyed this little restaurant so much that we returned a few nights later for a second visit. Nyon is expensive, but in comparison to the other restaurants in the region, we found this one to be quite reasonable for the food quality and portion sizes. Our waiter, Victor, was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to speak English to us and when I told him how I was on a hunt for Rosti in Switzerland he offered to have it made for us even though it wasn't on the menu. We enjoyed both the Entrecote de Boeuf with Cafe du Paris sauce and the Veal Cordon Bleu. Dieser Ort war leer die ganze Zeit! ! Jetzt scheinen sie den Sweet Spot getroffen zu haben und der Platz füllt sich jeden Tag zum Mittagessen. Der Service war großartig und das Essen durchschnittlich. Ich hatte die Blanquette de Veau, die ein bisschen fettig für meinen Geschmack war. Zwischen den Tischen könnte es etwas mehr Platz geben mein Nachbar greift mit seiner Gabel nach meinem Brokkoli und sagt: Entschuldigung, Kumpel, ich dachte, das wäre mein Teller! (Ein Witz)

In diesem Restaurant fehlt es früher an allem, was ein Kunde möchte. Aber nicht mehr. Seit der Renovierung hat sich alles verändert. Während der Speisesaal war kaum beschäftigt, gibt es jetzt immer ein voll gepacktes Haus. Und mit den Kunden kam die angenehme Atmosphäre, die lächelnden Gesichter der Mitarbeiter (und Besitzer), die konstante Qualität des Kochens und der Wunsch, für mehr zurückzukehren. Tolles Mittagessen Zeit Spezial.
Wir waren mal wieder im Le Perdtemps. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Wein auch preislich nicht allzu teuer. Das Restaurant selber lädt nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein. Die vielen Türen machen es auch schwierig einen Platz zu ergattern der wirklich nett ist also unbedingt seinen Platz am Fenster reservieren. Bedienung war ein wenig überfordert.
For years ,we used the Hotel des Alpes, due to their location 7 spaces in the opposite parking nd of course eating in le Pertemps. I went again yesterday and its was practical and good value for money. The choices are numerous and the daily plate fab...Go for it , we recommend this place
Un menu du jour épatent, la viande de boeuf était très bonne ainsi que les légumes.Un bon service. Le restaurant était plein à midi. Aréserver impérativement. Le service est très bon aussi. le cadre un peu veillot mais bien manger passe avant !
