We had a wonderful dinner with our familiy incl 3 teenagers). Everything was right. Warm welcome. Nice spacious seating, excellent view on the valley. The chef came by before dinner to check if we had questions or need special attention we did as our son is allergic to some seafood). We ordered a 3 course menu, and the little snacks before were really setting the scene. Delicious little taste bombs. It is such a pleasure to see your teenage kids opening up to this haute cuisine. The taste, the serving and simply enjoying the dinner. The snacks were wonderfully adapted for our allergic son. We asked for adjusted wines, beside being very local they matched perfectly with the dishes. It was an excellent evening and to close: if your youngest kid says he has had the best dinner while we have been dinning at star restaurants, well done Chef Bert. Hope to visit you soon again.
If you want to enjoy a bit more your dinner after a day of skiing or hiking at Crans-Montana mountains try this restaurant. Chef Bert will guide you through a culinary trip with beautiful dishes and tasty food while you enjoy a 180 degrees view on the valley. The restaurant has recently been renovated but kept some nice memorials that refer to the original function as ski clubhouse. You also can stop here for a drink at the bar or a simple lunch.
