My wife brought me to Legende for my birthday dinner. Adventurous as we are, we opted to go with the tasting plates. Essentially they bring you a six course meal, each a surprise unto itself. Everything is sourced locally, so you can truly taste the freshness. What a delightful dining experience my partner and I had at Restaurant Legende. The location is excellent....just outside of the old city so that it doesn't feel like a tourist trap, and very easily accessible.The service at Legende was superb. The wait staff were wonderful when it came to answering our questions and offering us advice in selecting our food and drinks.The menu changes regularly, because the chef offers food based on what is local and what is in season. You rarely eat so well, even in Italy it is so easy to find such a good restaurant! It is a culinary experience, try not to choose the usual things, also dares on special combinations and dishes, let yourself be brought by the creativity of the chef.The portions are small and dear, but the quality and refinement are paid. we went to this restaurant after reading reviews on trip. local is elegant and with outdoor tables. we chose their selection of dishes, combined with each one with a glass of wine. well presented appetizers on tapes containing pebbles. dishes were presented in gourmet formula of nouvelle kitchens. the choice of menus ranging between lobster and duck until ending with the bison. raw materials were of good quality even if sometimes combinations with sweet foods in the dish were a bit questionable for demanding palates like Italian ones. A group of business colleagues and I had dinner at Restaurant Legende, and we ordered the six-course tasting menu with the wine pairings. It was the best decision we ever made. Each dish was unique, delicious and beautifully presented. The wine pairings were perfect with each course. The service was also excellent, with a nice explanation of each course and the accompanying wine. It was truly the best culinary experience I have had to date! This is a definite place to dine when visiting Quebec.

the tasting menu with agreement pure genius wines I say and rediscover this restaurant has made me live a unique experience. Yes you have to pay for it but when you want to spoil yourself and for events you don't miss it! no negative comment has made that happiness in the plate, in the glasses, in the service, staff, atmosphere, decoration, a big 15/10 for me heart blow! bravo

This was an absolute dining pleasure and treasure. Amid all of the touristy restaurants in Quebec, my family and I were more than happy and grateful when we found Legende. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating (my daughter is vegan and they were more than happy to create a vegan dish for us). I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We decided to order the chef's six course tasting menu with wine pairings. Every course is a surprise. The dishes were beautifully balanced in flavour and texture and the wines were carefully considered to enhance each course. Much of the food was local and was delicious. It was worth every penny. We got lucky on a Wednesday night and walked in (no reservation) they managed to find us a table. Very good food with great presentation - the duck plate

Try several small plates for variety. Great service and super food. Very nice terrace, and downstairs from our hotel.
