Restaurant Les Nympheas

Pretty outside area, my mum had 'the best omelette she has ever tasted', the quiche looked great too. Not cheap but generous portion sizes and couldn't complain given the location. Crying shame that a 'Salon de The' can't make a decent cuppa though – a pot of hot water and a packaged tea bag does not a good brew make!

I guess we should have expected it to be expensive as it's a captured market right outside Monet's house and garden. Refreshments did the job but pricey! Female staff ignored us but the male staff member acknowledged us but didn't offer us a menu. Disabled toilets are down some stairs also.

After our visit to Monet's Home and Gardens, we stopped at Les Nympheas for tea and ice cream and cappuccino and creme brulee. The drinks and desserts were excellent. The service was superb! Merci Beaucoup Les Nympheas

Popped in for a coffee as it was the first cafe we stumbled across after leaving Monet's house & gardens. Waitress was surly & demanded cash on delivery for our 2 coffees and stood over us until we paid.

overpriced and mediocre dishes. you do really pay for the "pleasant surroundings", there is nothing more i can say
