Restaurant Maison Viet

Have used this place a few times and usually good food and reasonable service. This time it took 2 hours and my family who were visiting and I ended up leaving without having the deserts we already paid for because service was so slow. There were not enough staff but the ones working made no effort to engage or say sorry for delay for exanple. Did not even make eye contact for last hour despite being a small restaurant. I had to go to them three times to get attention.

We wanted a light dinner, so we chose this restaurant. The owners were delighted and the food was authentic and delicious. The Pho was her specialties and it was the best we ever had. The restaurant is pretty, but no view.

Terrible service of the lady who has the place. Arrogant, badly tempered and rude. It's a shame because it's okay. But we're not going there anymore.

Very inexpensive (for Switzerland), Vietnamese cuisine, recommend particularly steamed crepes. Very close to Place du Marché, center of Vevey
