we stopped on a Friday night without reservation and the reception was not very pleasant: we were simply asked: did you book? very nice exterior, typical bar. a little disappointed with the decoration of the glass room which is quite noisy and a little bit of everything in deco. very well staff but a little longer service. meal taken on the good card as a whole. foie gras very good. the turkey was excellent but the fries were too brown. the dorade fillet lacked fish taste and gargantue accompaniment. the potatoes have largely been enough of the rest has not been eaten. good choice of desserts.
I visited this restaurant once (would love to return). I’m not completely used to dining alone but this place made me feel comfortable. It has a chique feeling at first but it actually is a warm and friendly place. I had the regional menu, first time ‘presskopf’ and start to finish enjoyed my meal. Staff friendly and attentive. Jean-Louis et Irène vous accueillent comme si vous étiez de la famille. Les tartes flambées sont toujours aussi bonnes avec la pâte faite maison dont le secret reste bien gardé. Nous leurs souhaitons un bon repos après toutes ces années au service des autres
