Yo sólo he probado la "yufka", pero los "döner" tienen una pinta estupenda también. Te hornean en el momento el pan, puedes ver las planchas y el horno de leña. Además puede elegir en el momento qué quieres añadir, eligiendo entre lo que tienen en el "salad bar" del mostrador. Raciones grandes y con una buena cantidad de carne.No se como se llamarán en otros países, pero cuidado si eres español!! Lo que en los kebabs españoles llaman "durum", aquí es "yufka"; y el equivalente al "kebab", es el "döner".Sólo hablan alemán, e imagino que turco probablemente, pero no hablan inglés.
