A small terrace, a dish of the day full of promise to celebrate the arrival of autumn with a cake of the perigord with foie gras with cabbage and cozy. What a disappointment to see the Perigord so mistreated in the country of gastronomy! A simple stuffed cabbage even not auvergnat had been better. Sadness to see terroirs diverted from their speciality... The simplicity of bistro is a rule and one can cook good without playing a false originality. The Lyon cuisine is enough for itself to astonish and flatter taste buds. As for dessert, mixed apples had been better than this white cheese cake drowned in an industrial caramel sauce.
