Schwanen - Reserva de mesa

I enjoyed a very nice lunch with some colleagues whilst visiting the nearby University. The restaurant is positioned right by the water front with spectacular views and a very nice outside seating area when the weather is nice. Inside the restaurant is very well decorated, the staff very attentive, and the food delicious. This is a great place to visit with loved ones for just a great lunch, or for something a little more romantic. I dont really know, but this must be one of the best places to eat in town as it was packed with locals and it really is of a high standard. I must return with my wife, as she would love it too.

A very welcoming and charming restaurant once you enter the doors... From a completely separate smoker's lounge and bar (which as a non-smoker you thankfully do not notice :-) , an outdoor sitting area with a fireplace, as well as a choice of dining room from the traditional to the more formal, this is a great place for a meal. The food is beautifully prepared and the service is exceptionally friendly as it appears to be the owner herself that is taking care of you! Looking forward to my next visit.

After a busy day we decided to dine at restaurant Schwanen. We were looking for a down to earth location but with an above average kitchen.All our wishes were meet at "Schwanen" we have had an excellent cordon bleu and also the fish was great. Especially the company of the host was great, very friendly and she paid attention to detail. We even have had the pleasure to meet some of the locals and shared a drink or 2. What a great way to finish up the evening.Very impressive performance all over.

We have eaten at the Schwanen twice now in a short period of time and each time it was a delightful experience. The service was very attentive and the food was excellent. I'm a particular fan of the "Hackbraten" (meat loaf) which often isn't quite up to par in restaurants. In this case however it was as good as homemade. The Wienerschnitzel was equally convincing.Also noteworthy was the great wine list with a broad range of wines in all price classes.I will definitely be back ! Reserva una mesa ahora

This was our first visit to this restaurant - we were pleasantly surprised & had a great evening.The ambiance was down-to-earth & elegantly rustic.The service was very professional & friendly.The meals were very good & we really appreciated the various Swiss specialities listed on the card. The local Swiss-German menu kept us entertained for a good while - but thank goodness for the translations ;-))We will go back with friends & family for sure.

Had dinner with friends, and it was just the perfect setting: great food and wine, highly professional and effective yet üersonal service in a wonderful athmosphere. With the weather permitting there is a really cosy little garden with a very comforting fire place.And then there is some art on the lavatories - gotta go there to see for yourself :-)Thanks very much Katia and crew for a great evening!

I had an amazing dinner at the Schwanen Restaurant. The atmosphere is very lovely and the service and food is excellent. This restaurant is way more lively than all the other traditional restaurants in the area. I really like that. It's something different for a change! well done schwanen!

Great Food and atmosphere. Feels like your in someones home and having a home cooked meal. Service is great. Will definitely go there again.
