Our visit did not begin the best way we were 5 and someone made a mistake from the restaurant staff and they had only table for... 2. But it took no more than a minute to find the manager solution. He opened a new room and we were in a beautiful, bright room. I can say that this evening was exceptional from any element. Despite the fact that they face unexpected problems with a lack of personnel for tonight, we have not felt it at all. We were served by the manager, the cook and waiter: . All were great and we really had a nice time served by such nice and friendly people. Fortunately, everything we ordered was as good as the service. Bloodworst and salmon star to begin were perfect! Tolle Gastgeber, super leckeres Essen, herausragende Weine. Wir wollten uns eine Portion Beef-Tartar zur Vorspeise teilen, und bekamen zwei kleinere Portionen angerichtet. So ist bei diesem Geschmackserlebnis auch niemand zu kurz gekommen. Toller Service. Auch die Hauptgänge (Heilbutt & Kalbsleber) waren überzeugend. Der Nachtisch (Blaubeervariation) ein Traum. Der Laden ist gemütlich, die Getränke schmecken, die Weinauswahl ist klasse, da auch unbekannte Namen zu finden sind, und der Preis stimmt am Ende auch! Nicht überteuert und der Qualität des Essens angemessen. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für diesen netten Abend!

We've been here for a few years since we opened for 'Tellerrand'. Tim and Ole govern their rich service and kitchen or masterfully even in difficult times: In 2021 Sylt was overcrowded than ever before and pandemic rules made this even more difficult. The partly new team is fresh and friendly, the selection of dishes and wines is excellent and we liked everything we had so far. A must on the island!

und was wirklich gutes was das junge Team vom Tellerrand uns servierte. Von der Begrüßung durch Tim bis zum Ende ein Genuss. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Beeftartar und Tuna....beides ein Gedicht. Im Hauptgang gab es Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb und Ochse mit einem sensationellen Trüffelpü....Ambiente Sauberkeit alles tip top. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

We had a wonderful 4-course dinner at Tellerrand. We could sit outside under the umbrellas, even though it was raining. The portion sizes were appropriate, the supplement. The servers were pleasant and fast. The food is pricy, but it is absolutely worth it!
