starting with the service, the restaurant was just as inviting. the two waitresses were not unfriendly, but they were constantly seeing each other as if they had both fought hard. the pfeffer sauce at the dorsch was unfortunately almost a pure cream sauce decorated with a few whole pfeffer grains. the dorsch itself was a three small pieces divided and filled with graved lachs, but the kombi has tasted only after cooked white fish without everything. there were stamped potatoes, which unfortunately also lacked any spice. the bratkartoffels, which were to be swollen as a supplement, were drowned in fat and barely roasted. time to swirl has also failed, because the swirl was in part still almos...
in the frame of a family dinner today went into the zägenkrog. first we were the only guests - despite that it took a very long time to eat at all. unfortunately one of three eating was not the order! my turkey curry sprinkled sponge in soße. the brat potatoes were hardly fried, rather cut cooked potatoes. my mutti had putenfleisch ordered: a very clear salat insert, rice and meat lined the dish. and then: sose, sose, sose. tastefully a desaster. to ask if it had tasted, I did my sensitivities. an apology or a small gesture of reparation - miss the place! the bill came after the second demand! if you go to third party and can pay almost 50 euro, you must clearly expect something else! never...
for dinner we wanted to visit the restaurant unbiased. the operation of the young man was a little very nice. the waiting period for the main course was unacceptable with over an hour for what was offered. the court, hornhecht with kartoffelstampf for it quite easy to prepare. but at all points. the kartoffelstampf was sharp, the hornhecht dry fried, the salat consisted almost exclusively of cheap iceberg salad and dose ingredients (mais and beans) with a fat dressing without aroma as from the bottle. it was the first and last time we had eaten there.
the waitress outside in the garden seems to be the extra super unpleasant and not attentive person in wismar. a changing robot. no nice greeting, no smile, somehow cynical. we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get two salads on the table, and these were nothing special at all. the simplest version of a Caesar salad with meat that is not worth its money. everything we had on the table was moderate or lower average. unharmed and definitiw not recommended.

I have invited to this restaurant, after reading the reviews here, to his birthday in a Baltic Sea holiday. the service was very friendly, individual wish and request was received. it took a little while to eat there (on top of it is mentioned in the map because of the fresh preparation but also). and that waited more than rewarded. the fish was optimally prepared and tasted. special highlight: the fish soup! only to recommend!
we were here for the first time today and it was great. I have eaten horny fish with stomp potatoes and salat and my wife scholle filled with goat cheese on tomatensalat and kartoffelstampf. it was just delicious! we're coming back. the service is friendly, the food was prepared and served in pleasant time. the price is reasonable. the local has a rustic atmosphere, you feel welcome.
we like to eat and often fish - eating here was really excellent! the restaurant is very rustic and could perhaps put a new paint on one or the other, and if it gets full, you can sit with other guests on a longer table. that does not change the fact that for us a visit to wismar will necessarily be associated with a restaurant visit here.
had this locally still in quite good memory, were there with friends to farewell in the evening hours. the waiting time for eating was very long, the quality also left behind.But the unfriendly service was then the crown. we will not visit this locally again and can not recommend it in any case.
