I went with the “Menu Corse” at 27€, and chose warm goat cheese salad for starters, then “faux filet” with French fries, and finally the cheese platter. The goat cheese had too much goat cheese and too little salad, making it a very heavy and too cheesy starter. The salad was drenched in balsamic vinegar, but otherwise tasty. The steak frites was really underwhelming. It had ZERO seasoning, nothing from whatever it was cooked in (I like to fry it in butter), no herbs, spices or anything to add flavor. We came across this place for dinner. The prices were very high and the pizza was not available even though it was on the menu. After eating dinner, we asked the waitress if we could make a reservation for the next day to watch a specific football match. She confirmed it with the manager, took the phone number from us and invited us the next day. Next day before 9 PM the TV was on when we came in and there were 3 other people in the restaurant. The waitress asked them if they would agree to change the channel to watch the football game. They refused (in their native language and she told us we could cancel our reservation in this case. We had a great family dinner here. I got the seafood menu and my wife got the land. Great food all around. I particularly enjoyed the land appetizer sampler and the coriscan squid. In addition the staff were friendly helpful and great with our 2.5 yr old daughter. From there we had a nice seaside walk back home. I would absolutely recommend again.
