This must be the medium-priced restaurant in Thun and a must if Rosti is your thing. It is on the other side of the river to the city center and the majority of the other bars and restaurants, so it is a bit of... a hidden gem, but just a few minutes walk from the train station. It is a family affair with Brigitte vorn and Franco in the kitchen, the menu is only in German, but Brigitte was very patient and described all dishes so that was no problem
friendly service, eating was excellent as well as the atmosphere. I liked the huge buffet of fondue chinoise.
