the menu is very short for such a high-rated restaurant that really turns around the meat dishes. Salad-Starter included generous paste sections (not obviously made home). unfortunately, as is usual in Switzerland, the bark is not delicate, even in slices very finely cut. café gourmand was in order, but not the daily dessert (Apricot cake). for a Saturday dinner we were the only customers (which is not open then). they were already full for the evening, we were told.
