Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal in Reuters Holzappel, und wieder wurden wir positiv überrascht. Das Ambiente ist sehr stimmig, und passend. Wer hier einen schönen Abend mit einer Auswahl an sehr guten Weinen und tollem Essen verleben möchte, wird hier fündig. Die Gerichte sind teils bodenständige Pfälzer und Saarländer Klassiker, welche toll interpretiert werden. Als Kontrast werden ebenfalls wechselnde raffinierte Menüs und Einzelgerichte von hoher Güte und viel Liebe zum Produkt und Detail
Endlich mal zum Reuters Holzappel gekommen, und was soll ich sagen es ist mehr als hervorragend. Absolut frische Produkt aus der Region. Und die Komposition der Speisen außergewöhnlich gut. Auch die Desserts alle frisch zubereitet nichts was vorbereitet ist. Die WeinKarte mehr als groß. Top Weingüter darauf zu annehmbaren Preisen. Wer hier unzufrieden ist, dem schmeckt es nirgends.. .
