I ordered a cake for my son's 5th birthday, and it was really disappointing. The frosting tasted awful—like some kind of medicine—and there was just too much of it. My son didn't even want to eat it and spit it out! The cake itself was dry, and the barley and strawberries in it didn't help either. I ended up throwing the entire cake away. I'm going to go to Wal-Mart later today to find a better-tasting one. This whole experience was a waste of time, effort, and money. Now I definitely know where not to buy cakes in the future.
The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. While the bread is good, the employees are rude and disrespectful. They even lied to us. We had to wait in line again because the bread wasn't ready after we had already queued. They also misled us about when the bread would be ready; they initially told me 30 minutes, but when I walked away and returned, the bread was already out. It’s clear that they don’t care about their customers.
The worst customer service ever. The bread is good but the the employees are rude and disrespectful. They are even liars. They made us make line over again because the bread wasn’t ready after we already made line. They also lied about lied about when it the bread was going to be ready they told me 30mins I walked about and came right back and the bread was out. They don’t care about the customers.
