When I got the pizza and started cutting it up, I noticed it was burned at the bottom. When I tried it, the pizza tasted burnt and the dough was hard like cardboard. I called the restaurant, told them I had pictures to prove it, but they refused to resend a pizza unless I brought it in person. We ordered the pepperoni and chicken bacon ranch pizzas. Both were quite tasty, although the crust was a bit dense, likely because we chose the smaller size. The chicken pizza had a crispy texture and resembled more of a bread since it had very little sauce, but I actually enjoyed it. The wings had good flavor, but unfortunately, they were really dry and the meat was tough and hard to chew, making them difficult to enjoy. I’m not sure what happened this time, as we order from here frequently and this isn’t usually the case. I'm updating my review based on this experience.
The owner handles all the customer service and is always rude. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap with no cheese and first he said he didn?t hear me say no cheese. I asked for a replacement and he proceeded to say I didn?t say no cheese so next time I need to make sure I say that because he can?t keep doing this. I told him I don?t want another sandwich and asked for my money back, then he said the phone was breaking up. I told him I?m on my way to get a refund and he said it
Terrible customer service. The owner is extremely rude. He berated my girlfriend because she is allergic to cheese and HE didn't hear her order a sandwich without it. Then, he refused to refund her after taking the sandwich back. It wasn't until I went to confront him in person that he finally gave me back $10. It's baffling how he can treat loyal customers so poorly, especially when the food is subpar and overpriced.

Pure NY is the first place I've tried in the Baltimore area that truly captures the essence of New York-style pizza (I'm originally from Chicago). It’s far superior to any NY-style pizza I've had in Catonsville. My only suggestion would be to use a higher quality cheese; while it wasn't bad, I believe they could elevate it even further.
We have ordered from this restaurant two times, and each time the pizza has been delicious. The customer service has been outstanding! On one occasion, we dined in and enjoyed sitting at the outdoor tables during nice weather, which made for an amazing experience.
Grab some pizza....: Cheese barely there. Sauce not tasty at all. Wing were old, hard and over seasoned with lemon pepper. $23.40 lost forever. Harry the owner said sorry comeback nice I take care of you. B4 I could finish with complaint. Ugh
Finally, a pizza shop in Baltimore with good pizza. Classic New York style. Great crust and sauce. The extra large is massive. I?ll order it extra done next time, but that?s just personal preference.

Really nice spot to grab a slice....authentic traditional taste, if you into that style. The recipe has been passed down through the years.
