Ribbles Of Holmfirth

Yet again we arrived at Ribbles two years on from taking Eldest Grandson to Ribbles for a birthday treat. This time was the turn of his younger brother. on both occasions the boys (aged 8 9) asked for something not on the menu, and on both occasions the staff were only pleased to accommodate them. spending quality time talking to their young customers. On both occasions we, has a family enjoyed quality food, service and conversation. We live approx 45mins away but will be back again soon.

I have been out and about socialising my puppy for the last few weeks. Thankfully there are lots of places in our area that are fully dog friendly. Whilst we used to be regular visitors to this establishment for a good number of years with our other dogs, we haven’t been so much since the advent of the pandemic. It was nice to return to find it just as welcoming. My puppy and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Well done ladies thank you

Didn’t know it existed until we couldn’t find a dog friendly cafe in Holmfith. It was recommended by a competitor. We were out for the day and called for a morning snack , very tasty and nice people. My wife left her phone there and we had to return a couple of hours later, so had an unplanned lunch there, Couldn’t fault it and we will return! Bit quirky, definitely different and a good experience!

I discovered this charming little gem in the heart of Holmfirth. The prices are very reasonable and there is a great selection to choose from. I went in looking for a delicious coffee and a good sandwich, and I was not disappointed with either. The staff is also wonderful. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others. We came for breakfast and it was fabulous, my poached eggs were done to perfection and I told the chef. My husbands cheese on toast with bacon was the same. We would certainly be back here when in the area again and would recommend it. Brilliant and friendly staff.
