The hostess welcomed us with a friendly smile. She showed us to our table without delay. As patrons walked by our table, they struck up casual conversation. Everyone was very nice and genuine. The food was delicious. My husband enjoyed the plentiful items on the salad bar while waiting for our steaks. The ribeyes were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The steak was so good we didn't need A1 or Heinz 57; the juicyness and flavors had this ribeye speak for itself. We both paired our steaks with the baked potato. The next time we're up that way, we will be sure to stop for a bite to eat. Talk about um- um good.
We decided to give them a second chance by dining there on a Sunday afternoon with four people at our table. When my friend and I ordered grilled chicken, we were shocked at the presentation of our entrees. The chicken breasts had been simply cooked and then cut in half, leaving us with half a piece of chicken each. It was laughable how the restaurant attempted to pass off such small portions as a full meal. If they are looking to save on costs, they should at least cut the chicken before cooking it to avoid such blatant deception. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
I came to a Birthday party for an 84 yrs old women with 50+ people. We had to go upstairs most of us was seniors. I had hope that the salad bar would be upstairs but it wasn't. Pinda was our main waitress, after hearing my concerns Pinda and the other waitresses offered to assist those that wasn't able to go up-and-down the steps. I was most pleased with Pinda's beautiful spirited, her kindness, and willingness to assist in everyway. She made my experience at Ribeyes the best. Next time you're in Ribeyes Steakhouse in Mt Olive NC ask for Pinda!
Was in town for family event and ate here three times! Had steak, burger and crab cakes! Everything was delicious and the salad bar was excellent and extremely fresh! Staff and management were great!!!
