Ricky's Restaurant

We'd been snowbound for 2 days and spontaneously decided to go out for a decent Sunday evening dinner. Ricky's has a big menu and we weren't sure what we felt like eating so we went there. When we saw the Prime Rib dinner we decided to go all out. BIG mistake.One slice of prime rib, 50% of which was inedible fat, served with reconstituted mashed potatoes and a boring medley of bulk frozen vegetables accompanied by a bowl of revolting brown sauce/gravy. All for the price of $28.99/meal including a small caesar salad and a dessert.If Ricky's is going to offer a "feast" at that kind of price, the least they could do is make some effort to ensure their customers get value for money.We are locals...

I can not believe I was served this breakfast in a public restaurant. When I complained from what I could tell was a pre frozen avocado I was told that is the way they come. Then when I asked my server if she would eat that toast she was not helpful but angry because I complained about over burned toast which I took a picture of so you know what I mean. As you can see from my reviews that I am a positive reviewer. I will advise anyone to not waste their money and go to one of the other wonderful restaurants in the valley.

My husband and I were disappointed,we waited 35 mins after being seated for our order to be takenand another 35/40 mins to be served,there were only 2 waitress working we were told,the rest of the waitress's were on vaccation(Christmas) this was Jan 20th. understand people need their vaccation time,but there's a lot of 17/18 yr olds who would love a partime job,so my question is can these youngsters not be employed on a when needed bases,to cover holidays and sick time? Just a thought!!

A salad? Or natchos? I had thought I could come in and have dinner. Something other than these choices. The natchos were skimpy in toppings. Most of the chips under the very thin layer of melted cheese were dry and uninteresting. My glass of wine was good. But then, they couldn't have ruined that. Not impressed.

Went for lunch with a few co workers. The food was ok. the cost was a bit high. The service is ok other than was a bit slow getting us the bill.
