I decided to give this restaurant a try, and I'm so glad I did! I've been to many Italian restaurants, but it's rare to find one with such great vegan options. This delightful little restaurant has become a hidden gem in the village of Elmsford! The owner, Leo, is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience—huge props to him! Overall, I give the food a 5/5, the service a 5/5, and the atmosphere a 5/5.
